Water pipe pressure test and adjustment
Visual inspection of all exposed piping in basement/crawlspace
Sump pump check
Gas sniffer at all appliances and piping to insure no gas leak

*CopperShield $249 payment can be applied to any repairs discovered in the initial home inspection; Sewer scope $149 payment can be applied to sewer repairs. In all cases, customer must commit to hiring 99 Pipes / Encompass Contracting Services for repairs within 90 days of the inspection. The work can be performed after 90 days, as schedules dictate.
